Rethinking how legal services are delivered.

The Flat Fee

Lawyers, reasonably concerned about undercharging, usually bill hourly when there is uncertainty about the time and effort your case or legal issue requires. But, understandably, this can leave you feeling nervous about the cost of legal services. In most situations, we will offer a flat fee because they promote efficiency and certainty.

Regular Status Updates

Another common frustration when dealing with lawyers is that sometimes you don't know the status of your case or legal matter. At Chestnut Hill Legal, clients enjoy regular status updates and may always log into their client portal to see exactly where they stand, what happens next, and when.

Client Portal

As a new client, you will receive an email with login credentials for access to your client portal. Through the portal, you can securely receive and submit documents, send messages, and check the status of your case. You can log in by clicking the link in your email, the button below, or the text at the bottom of this page.

Face-to-face meetings are great, but they can be inconvenient and disrupt your daily schedule. When preferable, feel free to schedule a call, use Skype, or use a another secure video conferencing platform of your choosing in lieu of a face-to-face meeting. Many legal documents can also be signed digitally, from anywhere you have an internet connection.

Easy Billing

Receive invoices by email and pay in-person or securely online with any major credit card.

When an attorney-client relationship is formed between lawyer and client, the lawyer owes specific duties to the client as set forth in the ethics rules governing lawyers in effect in the applicable state. Although circumstances may allow us to form the attorney-client relationship in the near future, this checkbox acknowledges that you understand and agree that submitting this form does not create an attorney-client relationship, regardless of whether you have submitted confidential information.
